About Darryl

Nothing is more rewarding to Darryl Eberly than helping others make confident, well-informed decisions. Before transitioning into real estate, Darryl built a successful career as a banker in Pennsylvania, where he worked closely with clients on financial planning, mortgages, and appraisals. This extensive financial background gives him a strong advantage in real estate—particularly when it comes to understanding market value, reviewing contracts with precision, and creatively structuring deals that serve his clients’ best interests.

Darryl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from York College of Pennsylvania and began his real estate career in Southwest Florida in 2018. Having personally made a long-distance move from Pennsylvania, he understands the challenges and emotions involved in relocating and is especially skilled at guiding buyers and sellers through that process with clarity and care.

Community involvement is important to Darryl. Over the years, he has volunteered in many capacities, including serving as a church treasurer, supporting local food banks, assisting with hurricane cleanup efforts, and participating in annual community give-back events. He is grateful to call Southwest Florida home and truly appreciates the lifestyle this beautiful tropical area offers.

Known for his attention to detail, strong relationship-building skills, and client-first mindset, Darryl has earned the trust—and friendship—of many satisfied clients along the way. When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him on the golf course, enjoying one of his favorite pastimes. About Valerie

Valerie Eberly brings decades of teaching experience and communication to her real estate career, offering clients a thoughtful, organized, and people-centered approach. Prior to entering real estate, Valerie dedicated 36 years to public education as a music teacher, where she developed exceptional listening skills, patience, and a deep appreciation for understanding individual needs—qualities that translate seamlessly into serving real estate clients.
Valerie earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Music Education from Penn State University and began her real estate career in Southwest Florida in 2021. Her background as a classically trained pianist has shaped her professional philosophy, guided by the motto: “Strive for perfection; accept excellence.” She carries this mindset into every transaction, always aiming for the best possible outcome for her clients.

Clear, prompt, and consistent communication is one of Valerie’s greatest strengths. She believes that keeping clients informed and supported throughout the process is key to a successful and stress-free experience. Valerie takes the time to truly understand her clients’ unique circumstances, goals, and timelines, allowing her to provide personalized guidance every step of the way.

Outside of real estate, Valerie enjoys an active and creative lifestyle. Her interests include kayaking, biking, running, gardening, sewing, cooking, and playing piano—especially as part of her church’s worship band. She values family time and meaningful connections and brings that same sense of care and dedication to her work with clients.
